  Went to this location with my 6 year old daughter before her swimming lesson yesterday.  We had 45 minutes to order, eat, and pay.  We managed to be in and out in 35 minutes, thanks to our great server.  He was polite, attentive, and fast.
  
  This is a great place to bring young kids.  They have a great kids' menu and the activity book they give them (that doubles as the menu) keeps the kids occupied until the food arrives.
  
  The food itself is decent.  Nothing spectacular, but its consistently tasty.

  Ordered simple pepperoni and margarita style pizzas but both were over done, the thin crust margarita was past crispy and like ceramic tile, almost breaking my teeth! You can see the pepperoni is even burned. Only the appetizer was nice and soft and tasty.

  Had supper at Boston Pizza last night with my kids after a quick shopping trip in the city. I love how family and kid oriented the place is. The detailed kids menu which doubles as a coloring and activity book is a definite plus. The price for a kids meal is more than reasonable. They offer quite a few choices and not only are they fun (bugs and cheese) they also offer healthy options for a side too. (Steamed veggies,  carrots and cucumber with dip and salad) as well as your typical side of fries. The ice cream for dessert is a favorite of course as you get to choose a sauce and choice of sprinkles. Our waiter was quick and friendly and never left us waiting long at any point during our meal. Multiple screens are on at any given time with a variety of sports to watch as well. The only downside I found is the "adult" food menu can be a bit pricy but the portions are more than fair so it really balances out. It's wasn't our first visit and will definitely not be our last.

  Food is great! The owner in this location is rude and annoying. I order on the BP app and the app places the order twice for the ecact same thing for the same address. The owner has the audacity to call and tell me that I ordered the same thing twice and starts moaning and whining about losing $30 I tell him I only placed the order once and have one email reciept and he keeps telling me I ordered twice. I used to order at least once a week from this restaurant but ... I will get my food elsewhere where they have manners and a lot less attitude and they won't call me at home to bit@h me out over an app glitch. Just saying...Customer Service? Not

  Reservations were made for birthday party and seating sucked. Manager could use some customer service experience. Would not recommend for a gathering of family and friends.
